Rate and Conditions
Rate: The II Workshop rate is
$169/per night before tax.
Rate availability:
- The Group Rate is available one night pre-conference room block
and 2 nights post-conference room block.
- The hotel will honor reservations received by September 25,
2006. Afterwards you will not be able to get the II workshop rate.
Cancellation policy: Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation
prior to within 24 hours of arrival, or occupy the room, will result in
a charge of one night’s room and tax applied to the credit card or
forfeiture of the deposit.
Guarantee:
- A credit card guarantee is required.
- All room reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival
and secured with a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax or
with a major credit card.

The workshop will provide a continental breakfast from 7:30am and a lunch from 12am each day, plus coffee breaks throughout the day.
